LibreOffice 4.0 正式发布
美国时间 2013年2月7日，Document基金会宣布发布稳定的LibreOffice 4.0，强大全面开源的办公套件，功能增加，更加精致。
LibreOffice 4.0为“自由办公套件社会提供了梦想着十二年的第一个版本，2010年9月公布了一个目标，建立一个更简介，更精简的代码库,一个改进功能，更好的互操作性，以及更多元化和包容性的生态系统。
Effenberger(董事局主席)介绍了新发布的4.0版本的互操作性和良好的基础，以改善用户界面的一个里程碑 ，项目不仅能够可以定期吸引新的开发人员，也创建一个透明的合作平台，基于一个强大的自由软件精神，企业赞助商和志愿者的开发工作，以实现同样的目标。

selecting a word-->Insert-->Comment(thus accurately extending LibreOffice 3.6.x’s already-present ability to attach sidebar notes to special characters-only), action that summons a handy note-taking area, allowing the user to add specific comments paired with default values, such as username, date and time, etc
